Currently, we only operate online. However, it’s definitely in our plans!
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For returns without exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
Please note that we do not stand for customs costs, so the package needs to be sent as a return. If you send from a country outside of the EU, make sure to include a commercial invoice for customs.
Make sure to get a tracking number when you send your return and make sure to use a signed-for service. We can’t refund your returned item if we don’t receive it.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
Prices are shown and charged in EUR. If you want to pay in a different currency, our payment provider will convert the price and charge you the equivalent amount in your currency.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, there is a chance that we can change it. If it has already been shipped, you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.
If your order has not been processed/packed we can cancel it. Please send an email to email@example.com. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before ordering.
Depending on the country and courier being used, it should take from 1-8 days to arrive.
We ship from our hometown Porto, Portugal.
Your order will be placed in one of our recyclable card boxes, packed with tissue paper and a thank you card. All our tags are sent without prices so you don’t have to worry! The box you receive will be ready to offer as a gift!
